Especially they always use the latest technology to build the smart home, including smart lock, smart light, nest thermostat and mobile controllable garage door. Our previous house was also new construction house, but compare with Merit Homes' house, that was nothing. Another thing we really like is Merit Homes' warranty system and their nice staff. They are always on top of everything, the user experience is amazing. I will definitely recommend Merit Homes to my friends!!"

We bought a new Merit home in December 2022. We love our house! Merit was very professional to work with throughout the construction process (we bought it when it was presale while it was still being built). I waited 8 months to give a review so I can comment on the warranty process for the inevitable issues that get uncovered with every new construction. Merit’s after sales support was great — they stood behind their product and worked diligently to fix every issue in a timely manner. They’re organized and have solid communication. All in all, we have no regrets by going with Merit for our forever home!
