We take note that each building lot is different so there is no Merit Homes plan that goes without an adjustment (or many) to ensure we capture the best orientation, natural lighting and outdoor space enjoyment. People recognize our signature, NW Contemporary-style architecture and can typically point out a Merit Home from the streetscape.
