Merit Homes Warranty

We are committed to building homes of inspired design and enduring value, which goes hand in hand with our robust new home construction warranty we offer. Rest easy knowing we're here for you and all of your warranty needs.

Merit Homes Inc. warrants that all workmanship and materials will function and operate as described in the Merit Homes Limited Warranty standards booklet. Designated structural elements are warrantied for six years, through Merit Homes Limited Warranty.

How does the warranty work?

1st year: Merit Homes Inc warrants that all workmanship and materials will function and operate as described in the Merit Homes Limited Warranty standards booklet. Our Customer Care Manager will schedule 60-day and 11-month walkthrough to review any issues you would like resolved.

Year 1-6: Designated structural elements are warrantied for six years, through Merit Homes Limited Warranty. Please refer back to your warranty booklet for complete details.

24/7 Warranty Submittal Portal

We know life gets busy, and some things aren't always top of mind during business hours. Due to this, we made the service submittal process easy by offering a 24/7 warranty claims portal for your first year. Past your 1 year? No problem - just send our team an email! After you submit your claim, our Warranty Team will get back to you promptly.
